Act For A Cure: The Missing 95% - let's make research part of the treatment plan for Parkinson's
Less than 5% of people living with Parkinson's are currently taking part in clinical research studies – let's change that.
The reasons are complex, but the facts remain - many clinical research studies are delayed because of difficulty in finding participants.
As an organisation dedicated to finding a cure, we can't accept that people might be missing out on the opportunity to take part, and the potential benefits that can bring.
So, let’s work together to make it easier for every person with Parkinson's to understand research opportunities and make an informed choice about whether to participate.
Send a letter to your MP asking them to pledge their support to the campaign and declare “I support Cure Parkinson’s campaign to empower more people living with Parkinson’s to take part in research.”
